牛排是一种美味,很多人喜欢吃,但是你对牛排有多少了解呢?吃西餐的时候,是不是觉得牛排也有那么多花样?
简单罗列一下名词:
Chunk (Pot Roast, Short Ribs, Top Blade Steak, Mock Tender, Ground)
Rib (Rib Eye Roast, Rib Eye Steak, Back Ribs)
Short Loin (T-Bone, Porterhouse, Tenderloin Steaks)
Sirloin (Sirloin Steaks)
Round (Tip Steak, Rump Roast, Round Steak, Round Roast)
Breast and Foreshank (Corned Beef, Crosscut Shank, Brisket, Ground)
Plate (Ground)
Flank (Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Steak Rolls)
